Part-Time, Permanent, Term-Time Only, different contracted hours available
Full-Time Equivalent salary of £22,282.03, this is pro-rata according to hours and weeks worked

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain high standards of cleanliness across offices, classrooms, toilets, and communal areas.
* Carry out routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces.
* Empty bins, remove waste, and follow correct procedures for recycling and disposal.
* Respond to spillages and undertake spot cleans to ensure a safe environment.
* Restock cleaning materials, toilet rolls, hand soap, and other consumables as required.
* Use cleaning equipment and products safely and in line with instructions and training.
* Display appropriate safety signage (e.g., wet floor signs) during cleaning.
* Identify and report maintenance issues, defects, or health & safety concerns promptly.



Essential Criteria

* Be willing to undertake appropriate training on any current and new equipment to aid the cleaning process.
* Understanding of cleaning chemical usage restrictions and protocols.
* Previous experience in the building cleaning industry.
* The ability to identify and use the appropriate cleaning products and methods in certain areas
* Good Customer Service Skills
* Builds positive relationships with others, maintaining mutual trust, candour and respect.
