Permanent | £45,000 - £55,000 | Hybrid working - Milton Keynes
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst to join a forward-thinking team during an exciting phase of transformation. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a significant project that will shape the future of their institution. As part of its ongoing digital transformation, the University is revamping enterprise-wide systems, including Student Management, Finance, HR, and data governance.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Working closely with the Project Management team
* Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to elicit, document, and prioritise business requirements.
* Leading your own workstreams and contributing to a positive change culture
* Collaborating across business areas to identify user needs and training gaps
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in Business Analysis
* Experience working on a large-scale transformation project
* Experience working in Higher Education
* Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desirable Skills:
* Experience working on a Student Record System Implementation Project.
