1. Monday to Friday
The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:
2. Up to £28,000 basic
3. OTE up to £32,000
4. Medical Insurance
5. Free Parking
Lettings Negotiator requirements:
6. Experience sales environment
7. Strong Customer service experience
8. Full UK Driving Licence
Key tasks of a Lettings Negotiator will include:
9. To identify & follow up on new leads/business generation
10. · Carrying out viewings at various rental properties
11. · Drafting tenancy agreements and renewals
12. · Dealing with enquiries via email and telephone
13. · Helping build up our client's lettings brand and creating business.
14. · Various ad hoc duties
