Key Responsibilities
* Create, develop, and modify parametric 3D models using industry-standard software
* Collaborate with architects and designers to produce innovative objects and architectural elements
* Ensure design feasibility and compliance with necessary standards
* Evaluate and test designs to meet project specifications and requirements
* Create technical drawings and documentation to communicate design intent to manufacturing teams
* Stay updated with emerging design trends, software, and technologies in the industry
* Work on various residential projects from planning to construction stage under the guidance of the project lead
* Coordinate design activities, project management tasks, and construction-related responsibilities
* Develop construction detail drawings and contribute to design coordination efforts
* Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and 3D modeling (Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper or SketchUp)
* Candidate with extensive experience in Revit will be considered in advance.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Industrial Design, or Completion of RIBA Part II or equivalent certification
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in 3D parametric design
* Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling software (e.g., Rhino, Grasshopper, 3D Max, etc.)
* Strong knowledge of parametric design principles, design for manufacturing, and product development processes
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a team environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
* Highly creative with strong multitasking abilities
* Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
