Duties
* Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
* Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a welcoming atmosphere
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
* Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate billing
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies to keep the bar fully equipped for busy nights
* Uphold responsible serving practices by checking IDs and adhering to alcohol service regulations
* Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to ensure seamless service delivery
* Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
Skills
* Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in fine dining, nightclub, or hospitality settings
* Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, brewing techniques, and food safety protocols
* Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate sales processing
* Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests and enhance their experience
* Ability to manage time effectively in high-volume environments while maintaining attention to detail
* Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math, and food industry calculations
* Familiarity with serving at events like banquets or catering functions is a plus
* Knowledge of food handling, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol service regulations
