Based in Essex, our client are a leading, modern and progressive law firm of great calibre, with a superb array of clients that include public companies, pension funds, banks, British and European retailers, developers and leisure operators.
They now wish to strengthen the commercial real estate team and are willing to consider candidates from one year PQE upwards, from either a regional or London background to work alongside a very supportive partner and join a team of four specialists.
You will be enthusiastic, with experience in all aspects of a busy commercial practice including, acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties, the property aspects of corporate transactions, landlord and tenant matters, development and property finance.
In addition to a fantastic salary our client has a bonus scheme that rewards fee earners with a bonus of 1/3 of bills in excess of target.
