MiCiM is looking for a proactive Project Administrator to be the glue that holds our project activity together, booking the meetings, chasing the actions, keeping documents tidy, and making sure nothing important slips through the cracks. If you love a good checklist, enjoy working with lots of different people, and can keep a cool head when things get busy, you’ll fit right in!


What you’ll be doing:

* Keep diaries under control, schedule and coordinate internal and external project meetings
* Build meeting packs, capture minutes, and chase actions (politely but persistently) through to completion
* Pull together presentations and prep for key meetings
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to project teams and the wider business
* Keep our project documentation and templates accurate, accessible, and up to date
* Support project proposals and marketing/admin activities as needed
* Work with the PMO to help manage and improve internal systems and ways of working


What you’ll bring:

* Strong attention to detail, great organisation, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
* Clear, confident communication & comfortable working with different levels of seniority
* A practical, can-do mindset and a collaborative approach
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to learn quickly and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
