It is an opportunity for a passionate child‑care lawyer seeking high‑quality work, genuine flexibility, and a firm that values work‑life balance. The successful candidate will manage her own caseload of public and private children matters, handling cases from initial instruction through to conclusion with minimal supervision.
Your caseload will include:
* Care Proceedings
* Interim Care Orders
* Emergency Protection Orders
* Special Guardianship Orders
* Adoption Matters
* Private Children Law Cases
Qualifications
* Strong advocacy skills
* Children Panel Accreditation (essential)
* 2+ years PQE in Children Law
* Significant experience across public and private children matters
* Excellent client care and communication skills
