What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of Customer Success Managers to deliver results
Driving performance and accountability across sales activity and forecasting
Implementing and executing the wider commercial strategy
Supporting team development through training, planning, and sharing best practices
Ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer experience
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support commercial goals
Reporting, analysing data, and ensuring high-quality, compliant sales practices
What We’re Looking For:
? Proven experience managing high-performing sales or customer success teams
? Background in automotive finance or SaaS strongly preferred
? A hands-on leader with a strong commercial mindset and coaching approach
? Confident in managing performance and delivering team results
? Proactive, resilient, and driven by outcomes
? Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
? Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a plus
