At Loan.co.uk, we're building a smarter, simpler protection offering — from the ground up. We believe everyone deserves peace of mind, and with the right cover, that peace is possible. As a Protection Case Manager, you’ll play a vital role in helping our clients secure the cover they need quickly, confidently, and with care. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment and has an eye for detail, this could be the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Protection Case Manager, you’ll manage the journey of each protection case from application through to policy issue. You’ll work closely with our Advisers and clients to ensure that every case is packaged correctly, efficiently processed, and completed without delay. Your day-to-day will include:
* Reviewing and processing protection applications across products such as life insurance, income protection, and critical illness cover
* Liaising with clients and insurers to ensure all documentation and disclosures are accurate and complete
* Creating and managing case requirement lists for Advisers to support client conversations
* Tracking cases through underwriting and chasing outstanding information
* Working collaboratively with Advisers to move cases smoothly through each stage
* Keeping your case list organised and meeting daily and weekly workflow goals
* Ensuring all compliance and regulatory checks are completed accurately and on time
* Helping to drive policy conversion rates by keeping cases moving and clients informed
We’re Looking For Someone Who
* Has previous experience in protection insurance case management or administration role
* Understands the protection market and the importance of getting clients the right cover quickly
* Is highly organised with great attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple cases at once
* Communicates clearly and warmly, both in writing and over the phone
* Is solutions-focused, proactive, and comfortable using tech to work smarter and faster
Why You’ll Love Working Here
* A salary that reflects your experience and impact
* Monthly commission – your performance matters, and you’ll see the reward
* 29 days holiday (including bank holidays), with more the longer you stay
* Work from anywhere in the UK – we trust you to get the job done
* Perkbox – access to discounts on travel, wellness, shopping, and more
* Company pension via True Potential Investor
* BUPA health cover – because your wellbeing matters to us
What It’s Like to Work Here: You’ll be joining a supportive, forward-thinking team that’s redefining how protection should feel—for clients and colleagues alike. We’re building something better: a modern, inclusive broker that puts people at the heart of everything we do.
Ready to Join Us? If this sounds like your kind of role, we’d love to hear from you. Don’t worry if you don’t tick every single box—if you’ve got the skills, passion, and potential to grow into the role, we’re ready to support you. We’re an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If you need any adjustments to support your application or interview, just let us know.
At Loan.co.uk, we believe in better—better tech, better support, and better outcomes. If that resonates with you, let’s talk.
