Job Title: Temporary Administrative Assistant

Reporting to: Managing Director (MD)
Overview
Temporary admin support required to assist the Managing Director with daily office tasks. Must be organised, professional, and confident using Microsoft Outlook.
Duties
* Managing and responding to emails on behalf of the MD
* Sending emails as instructed
* Answering incoming phone calls
* Printing and organising emails/documents
* General office/admin support
Requirements
* Strong Outlook and email management skills
* Good communication and organisation
* Professional telephone manner
* Previous admin experience preferred
Working Pattern
* Handover: Thursday 2nd April
* Tuesday to Friday following week
