Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner – Brighton & Hove

Position: Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Location: Various nurseries across Brighton & Hove
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
About the Role
As a valued member of our early years team, you’ll help provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5. You’ll plan and deliver inspiring activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), promote children’s independence and curiosity, and build strong relationships with families and colleagues.
What We’re Looking For
✅ A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential)
✅ Enthusiasm and passion for working with young children
✅ A strong understanding of safeguarding and child development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
