We are currently seeking a Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate can expect to be a key member of our team, responsible for the administration of all project processes.

Job Title: Projects Administrator
Hours: 40 hours
Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and dealing with customer queries, planning and allocating Engineers workload.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good attention to detail professional telephone manner when speaking to customers ensure work is completed to a high standard
A confident and enthusiastic individual who has experience of working in customer service.
Experience of working to deadlines, multi-tasking and under pressure with a good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to prioritise tasks and respond positively to new challenges and change previous experience of Xero Software preferred although training will be given.
