IT Support Analyst
Location: Hybrid in London or Leeds

BlueVoyant is seeking an IT Support Analyst to help us scale, organize and support our functions. We have a dynamic environment with smart people working to protect organizations of all sizes across multiple industries globally. This position will allow an ideal candidate to work alongside other members of IT with an opportunity to learn and develop experience with world class technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Take on day-to-day support requests as they appear in the queue, delivering high quality solutions for our end-users
2. Assist other members of Corporate IT with tasks as needed
3. Coordinate with IT Director on asset management and inventory tracking
4. Oversee shipping and returns of hardware and peripherals for end users
5. Proactively organize and maintain warehousing of IT inventory
6. Setup and ship computers to end users, while maintaining accurate hardware inventory

Qualifications & Experience:

7. Strong desire to learn new and emerging technologies
8. Experience supporting users with macOS, Windows, Okta, Microsoft, Google Workspace, Slack and Teams is desirable but not required
9. Organized and methodical with the ability to follow through on completing tasks assigned as part of independent workflows
10. Previous experience with JIRA Service Desk is a plus
11. Experience with basic MDM troubleshooting is a plus
12. Experience in the tracking project tasks and creating documentation is desirable
13. Previous participation in agile sprints a plus
14. Experience working under industry standard security / compliance frameworks is a plus
15. Experience in the organization and tracking of IT assets

23. Have experience in all levels of a project/product life cycle
