We have an opportunity for a National Account Executive to join our Commercial Team in Hamilton. Finsbury Food Group is a leading speciality bakery manufacturer. Responsibilities
* The National Account Executive will work within the Grocery Channel supporting the Senior Business Manager in the day-to-day management of the account.
* The National Account Executive will be a key contact for external retail customers from an administrative perspective, including promotional and new product setup, running sales reports and responding to customer requests.
* Work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support customer sell-ins and new product development.
* Ensure effective communication and build strong relationships with individual members of the allocated Grocery retail accounts.
* Follow up on requests and queries in an efficient and professional manner to deliver a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
* Proven work experience as a National Account Executive or relevant sales role
* Experience with MS Office (e.g. Excel)
* Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build relationships
* Effective presentation and negotiation skills
* High degree of professionalism
* Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
* BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
