About You As a Organisation Development Advisor Officer at Birmingham City Council, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of strategic change and transformation programmes. Working closely with Project and Programme Managers, you'll help ensure projects are planned, delivered, and monitored effectively - on time, within budget, and aligned with organisational goals. You’ll lead small-scale projects, coordinate business change activities, and support core project functions such as planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and reporting. Your ability to manage detail, drive progress, and work collaboratively will directly contribute to the Council’s success in delivering impactful change.
