The Role
As our Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our commercial strategy, identifying new opportunities, building lasting relationships, and driving revenue across our fire door and passive fire protection portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute strategic plans to grow sales of fire doors and passive fire protection systems
· Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, specifiers, architects, and fire safety consultants
· Identify new markets, projects, and partnerships to expand our reach
· Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients
· Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, standards (e.g., BS 476, EN 1634), and best practices
· Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery
What We're Looking For
· Proven experience in business development or sales within the fire safety, construction, or building materials sector
· Strong knowledge of fire doors, passive fire protection systems, and relevant legislation
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
· Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events
