IT Support Engineer (Onsite Leeds) Contract to March 2026 | £220/day | Inside IR35 | Onsite Only We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a leading managed services provider, working onsite at a high-profile end-user environment in Leeds. This is a customer-facing role based at a central Leeds office, with occasional travel to a secondary site in Castleford. Key Responsibilities: Delivering hands-on IT support at the onsite Tech Bar, assisting end users with both hardware and software issues. Supporting and troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, iOS devices, and AV/meeting room systems. Managing devices and configurations using Intune and Jamf. Providing hardware support for laptops, desktops, iPhones, and related peripherals/screens. Ensuring exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with business users. Tech Stack & Environment: Microsoft Intune Jamf (macOS management) AV support (screens, meeting room tech) Hardware: HP, Macs, iPhones What Were Looking For: Proven background in IT Support within an onsite, customer-facing environment. Strong knowledge of both Windows and macOS environments. Experience with Intune and Jamf is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to demonstrate customer service excellence and examples of going above and beyond to support users.
