Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in GB. This pivotal role involves driving growth and expanding our presence in the rapidly evolving heat pump industry, supporting our mission to promote sustainable energy solutions.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
* Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
* Collaborate with operations and technical teams to tailor solutions for clients.
* Monitor industry trends and stay informed about government initiatives supporting renewable energy.
* Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
* Represent CB Heating Ltd at industry events and conferences.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
* Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales or business development within the renewable energy or energy efficiency industry.
* Strong knowledge of CRM software, particularly Hubspot.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
* Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
* Knowledge of government policies related to renewable energy and energy efficiency is advantageous.
