Key Duties of the Fast Fit Branch Manager include:
13. Managing all daily operations at the High Wycombe branch to ensure smooth service delivery
14. Achieving branch financial targets and controlling costs
15. Leading, mentoring, and developing the fast-fit team to ensure high standards of performance and customer satisfaction
16. Dealing with customer enquiries in person, via phone, and online to maintain excellent service standards
17. Monitoring and managing stock levels effectively
18. Posting hands-on workshop support when required
19. Recruiting, onboarding, and engaging new team members to build a strong workforce
Candidate Profile for the Fast Fit Branch Manager:
20. Proven experience in a fast-fit tyre centre or automotive service environment
21. Strong knowledge of tyres, routine mechanical work, and customer service principles
22. Outstanding leadership and people management skills
23. Excellent communication and organisational abilities
24. Target-driven mindset with the energy to motivate a team
25. Full UK driving licence is essential
