About the Role

We are expanding our Legal & Compliance team with a Legal Executive in our Singapore office. In this role, you will assist with legal documentation, compliance-related matters, and cross-functional projects across multiple jurisdictions. This position is suitable for a fresh law graduate or junior legal / compliance professional looking to work in a fast-growing fintech environment with cross-border responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities

* Assist in the drafting, review, and management of legal documents, agreements, and internal policies.
* Support compliance-related processes, documentation, and internal coordination activities across regional markets.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders on legal, compliance, and operational matters to ensure timely follow-up and execution.
* Maintain proper records, trackers, and documentation for legal and compliance matters.
* Support regional and cross-functional projects involving legal and compliance workstreams.
* Conduct legal, regulatory, and industry research to support internal advisory and project initiatives.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation for management and stakeholders.
* Assist with administrative and operational matters related to the Legal and Compliance function.


What We're Looking For

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, with 0–2 years of legal and/or compliance experience, including internship experience. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* A high degree of "teachability" - someone with excellent learning and comprehension abilities, with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
* Good communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
* Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
* Fluency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) is required to communicate effectively with our regional internal teams and external stakeholders.
