Eastwood lodge is currently seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team. We provide essential support across a variety of services, including Adult, Elderly, Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Dementia, and Autism.
Each individual has their own complex needs. We see each person as the individual that they are, and endeavour to provide services that support their interests, aspirations, health needs and wellbeing.
Individuals are supported in every element of their lives within their own homes and out in the community. Day to Day you will;
1. Promote independence, individuality and achievement of goals, with the voices of the people we support at the very centre of everything you do
2. Assist with various tasks such as personal care, moving and assisting, housework, administering medication and meal preparation
3. Plan, attend and participate in meaningful activities both at home and in the community, including art, music, travel, swimming, shows and concerts and sensory experiences
4. Liaise with your team and with others to review and ensure you are providing the best quality care
5. Maintain accurate, up to date daily recordings
