We are looking for a Client Associate to join our Co-op Media Network team. In this role, you will support the delivery of client, retailer and internal team activity across campaigns and accounts, helping to plan, coordinate, execute and evaluate work to a high standard while building strong knowledge of our clients, retailers and the wider industry.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the day‑to‑day management of client, retailer and internal relationships
* Assisting in the development of proposals, plans, presentations and recommendations
* Coordinating and delivering campaigns from brief through to execution, reporting and follow‑up
* Managing campaign briefs, assets and timelines, ensuring alignment with retailer guidelines
* Scheduling campaigns across in‑store and digital channels accurately and on time
* Supporting digital campaign setup and ensuring correct system implementation
* Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns effectively
* Preparing reports, performance summaries and status updates to a high standard
* Supporting budget tracking, forecasting and campaign administration
* Maintaining accurate trackers, documentation and records
* Reviewing campaign performance data to identify insights and improvements
* Contributing to team initiatives and continuous improvement
