We are seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our home care services across the Lewes and Wealden area

Working closely with the business owner on a daily basis, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care that aligns with our company’s mission and values.
You will also be supported by a dedicated Regional Quality Manager, a Regional Support Manager, as well as a wider central support team including Training & Compliance, IT/Rostering, HR, Recruitment & Marketing – you are never on your own!
Through the Caremark network, you have access to a full library of quality and compliance documentation, updated policies and procedures, employee engagement tools and marketing collateral.
The Role
1. Oversee daily operations of the home care service, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
2. Lead and motivate our team of Field Care Supervisors and Care Assistants, providing supervision and support
3. Develop and implement personalised care plans tailored to individual needs
4. Ensure care delivery meets the highest standards of safety, dignity and respect
5. Maintain excellent relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
6. Monitor quality standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives
7. Manage budgets, KPI’s, staffing schedules, and resource allocation
8. Promote a positive team culture focused on compassionate and respectful care

9. Salary of £40, to £45, depending on experience

About You
16. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Manager or Deputy Manager role
17. In depth understanding of CQC regulations and compliance standards
18. Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
19. Strong leadership and supervising skills, with the ability to bring out the best in people
20. Experience with care planning, medication management, and regulatory compliance
21. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, commercially aware and proactive
22. Ability to work under pressure and handle complex situations effectively
