About the role We're looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven property data assistant to support our Asset Management team on a short-term secondment. In this role, you'll help manage a backlog of stock condition survey data, playing a key part in improving the accuracy and integrity of our asset database. Your work will directly support more reliable data reporting and help ensure that the property data we rely on for decision-making is current, consistent, and well maintained. You'll be processing a high volume of survey data and maintaining accurate records in our systems, supporting the delivery of key insight and analysis across our housing stock. This role is available as a secondment until 31st August 2026. You can be based from any of our main offices in Chipping Sodbury, Tewkesbury or Wolverhampton with regular home working available. A basic DBS check is required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong data skills who wants to make a practical impact in a short timeframe. What we're looking for: We're seeking someone who brings experience in data management and a strong eye for accuracy and efficiency. You will have: Proven experience in data processing and systems administration Excellent Excel skills, especially for handling large datasets Ability to work to deadlines with a methodical, organised approach Experience working with Dynamics or similar systems (desirable) Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and internal teams A passion for data integrity and improving processes Previous experience in asset or property data management (advantageous) Closing date: 5th March 2026 Please apply early, as we may close the vacancy early if we receive a high volume of applications.
