Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Hair and Beauty Therapist to join our professional team. The successful candidate will provide a range of beauty treatments, including hair styling, colouring, and specialised beauty services, ensuring clients receive exceptional care and personalised service. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills in a dynamic environment, helping clients look and feel their best while maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism. We have 3 different locations where you will be required to work, Newbury Park, Manor Park and Barkingside, you will be required to go to anyone of these locations when required.
Responsibilities
* Perform various hairdressing services such as cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments in accordance with client preferences.
* Deliver specialised beauty treatments including makeup application, skincare, and other cosmetic procedures.
* Provide expert advice on hair and beauty products tailored to individual client needs.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Ensure all tools and equipment are sterilised and properly maintained.
* Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products within the industry.
* Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Skills
* Proficiency in makeup application with an eye for colour matching and style.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
* Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide professional advice.
* Ability to work well within a team while also demonstrating independence when required.
* Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained at all times.
* Flexibility to adapt to new techniques, products, and industry developments. This role is ideal for passionate beauty professionals committed to delivering outstanding service in a friendly environment.
