Customer Care Executive / Account Managerwanted to join this growing organisation. This is a newly shaped role within the business, giving you the opportunity to put your own stamp on how customer relationships are managed and grown. Salary up to 38k dependant of expereince and qualifications Permanent position Based in Baglan, Neath Port Talbot Monday to friday working hours- 100% site based What will you be doing; You will be the proactive owner of a defined group of customer accounts, ensuring they receive exceptional, seamless service while identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships and drive account growth. • Manage day-to-day relationships for an assigned portfolio of customers • Carry out proactive customer check-ins to anticipate needs and improve forecasting • Map key contacts within each account to ensure smooth communication • Identify opportunities for increased product usage, cross-sell or upsell • Support campaigns to re-engage lapsed customers • Visit assigned accounts annually to maintain strong relationships • Ensure accurate order processing during peak operational periods • Monitor delivery performance and proactively communicate any risks • Balance workload effectively across seasonal peaks • Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively • Escalate complex cases appropriately while maintaining ownership of customer communication • Collaborate with Key Account Managers, sharing insights and identifying commercial opportunities A little about you; You’ll be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building long-term relationships, with the drive to support both retention and account growth. Strong customer service and account management experience (maybe you have been working in an internal ales position and are looking to spread your wings.
