Events Marketing Manager, EMEA CreatorIQ is seeking an Events Marketing Manager to lead the execution of our EMEA event strategy and support regional marketing initiatives. Based in London, you’ll be the company’s boots on the ground to help grow our market presence by ensuring we think global and act local, leading the execution of the CreatorIQ events program across the region, including: CreatorIQ Connect Europe, Connect City Tours, trade shows, executive dinners, and partner events. As the sole marketing team member in EMEA, you’ll help connect the dots from our global programs to EMEA-specific initiatives, supporting building customer relationships to drive customer marketing, and provide local insights we can apply to our content, research, and campaigns. Reporting to our Senior Events Marketing Manager in the U.S., you’ll work closely with our EMEA GM, global marketing team, and local customer-facing teams. This is a hybrid role: You’ll work from our London office 2–3 days/week and collaborate with team members around the globe. In this role, you’ll get to: Event Planning and Execution: You will be responsible for meticulously planning and exceptionally executing a variety of events across EMEA—such as summits, trade shows, client engagements, partner events, and executive dinners. Your objective will be to orchestrate impactful and memorable events that deliver tangible revenue results and elevate the CreatorIQ brand. Event Production: You will own the end-to-end production of CreatorIQ’s regional marketing events. This includes sourcing and managing vendors, curating the onsite experience, overseeing invitation and registration processes, and ensuring branding and messaging are cohesive across every event touchpoint. Communication Management: You’ll manage multi-channel communications for event promotion across email, social, web, and internal platforms. Responsibilities may include writing and reviewing copy, briefing creative assets, managing contact lists, and partnering with global teams to amplify events and drive registration. Post-Event Reporting: You will generate post-event reporting and strategic insights that inform future initiatives. Your analysis will help measure impact, define success, and guide future investment in the region. EMEA Regional Marketing Initiatives: As the EMEA marketing lead, you’ll help guide CreatorIQ’s broader presence in the region. You’ll work with local stakeholders and global teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign resonance, surface regional insights and trends, and provide gut checks on global initiatives to ensure they land with the right context for European audiences. Customer Marketing: Partnering closely with Customer Success, you’ll help identify and cultivate strong customer stories across EMEA. You’ll build relationships with local brands, vet them for program fit, and coordinate with the Brand and Product Marketing teams to activate them across events, case studies, podcasts, and other storytelling formats. Partnership and Sponsorship Marketing: Support the evaluation and execution of partner events in the region, including scouting new collaboration opportunities, coordinating co-hosted partner events, and helping identify new partners in the EMEA ecosystem. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: You’ll work across departments—Revenue Marketing, Brand, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success—to ensure EMEA is integrated into global initiatives and that your local efforts are aligned with broader company goals. Who you are and what you’ll need for this position : 3–5 years of experience in B2B event marketing, preferably in SaaS or a high-growth tech environment Proven ability to manage regional marketing programs and own event execution end-to-end Strong project management skills—you can keep several projects moving forward at once without letting things fall through the cracks (Asana experience is a plus!) Demonstrated experience working directly with customers and global enterprise brands in co-marketing programs Strong storytelling instincts and a passion for customer engagement Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, globally distributed team environment Adaptable and solutions-oriented—you’re ready when plans shift Excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners A creative thinker who is passionate about delivering thoughtful, engaging, and brand-aligned experiences A natural connector who brings a regional lens to global programs and champions the voice of the local market Curiosity and enthusiasm for the creator economy or influencer marketing is a plus!
