Internal Sales Administrator Location: Dungannon, Co. Tyrone Hours: MondayFriday, 39 hours per week Salary: Competitive (DOE) A well-established distributor within the Construction industry is seeking an Office Administrator to join its busy commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to contribute to a growing sales environment. Key Responsibilities Handle telephone, email and website enquiries from customers and trade professionals Prepare and process sales quotations, orders and invoices Proactively promote existing and new products through outbound calls Coordinate orders with the logistics department Liaise with customers regarding stock availability, discrepancies and alternative solutions Produce and review sales reports Provide support to field sales representatives Deliver product information and after-sales support to customers Represent the business at trade shows and marketing events when required Upload proof of delivery documentation onto the ERP system Investigate order shortages and delivery queries, raising reorders or credit notes as necessary Respond to customer pricing queries Key Skills & Behaviours Strong relationship-building and communication skills Professional and confident telephone manner Highly organised with the ability to multitask Team player with the ability to work effectively across departments Proactive approach to office-based sales Willingness to learn products, systems and customer requirements Requirements Previous experience in a sales or internal sales role Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience within the plumbing, heating or bathroom sector is advantageous Benefits: Parking Pension Fund Paid Holidays
