The Role

You will take ownership of the production of management accounts, deliver meaningful variance analysis, and translate KPIs into practical actions that help leadership teams understand performance and make more informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely submission.
2. Analyse performance trends, variances, and KPIs, providing commentary that highlights risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
3. Support budget holders in understanding financial performance and cost control.
4. Deliver regular reporting across revenue, margins, costs, and cashflow.
