We are looking for an experienced "Product Designer" to join one of the leading companies in the Financial Services industry. In this role, you will shape and deliver exceptional digital experiences for our users, working closely with product, marketing and engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to define user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
* Translate complex product requirements and business goals into simple and intuitive interfaces.
* Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system and component library.
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
* Work on end-to-end design processes — from concept to implementation.
* Create interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design interactions and ideas.
* Advocate for design best practices, accessibility standards, and a user-first approach across the organisation.
* Iterate on designs based on feedback, data insights, and A/B test results.
* Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
* Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions with a design-driven perspective.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in Product Design or UI/UX Design roles, ideally in a fintech or SaaS environment.
* 3+ years of experience working closely with product management teams.
* Proven experience with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
* Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered product design and problem-solving skills.
* Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
* Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
* Comfortable with feedback and iterative design processes.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Familiarity with agile environments and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Notion) is a plus.
