Associate Director - Health & Safety
The Construction Index Ltd is looking to appoint an Associate Director to lead a small but growing division within its larger Health & Safety team. As the head of the team, you will manage an established group of CDM Consultants across the Midlands.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead and grow the region with support from the National Head of the team.
* Manage and develop a team of CDM Consultants and Principal Designers.
* Deliver Principal Designer and CDM services across a variety of projects.
* Take the lead in regional work winning and client account management, developing your network.
* Report on pipeline, develop team members, and lead internal recruitment for the team.
* Work closely with the emerging BSA and BR/PD team on technical projects.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Strong consultancy experience as a CDM Consultant & Principal Designer.
* Experience in health and safety leadership roles.
* Ability to engage with clients and manage accounts.
Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 per annum
