We are recruiting for Quantity Surveyors at all levels, from Assistant to Senior to work on high-value, complex works within a secure environment, supporting national defence infrastructure. You will: * Be part of a commercial team, reporting into a Managing Quantity Surveyor. * Be responsible for applications, subcontractor payments and inputting data. * Manage the commercial and contractual requirements of assigned projects. * Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost control strategies. * Liaise with project teams to ensure accurate valuations and applications for payment. * Conduct risk and value management and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
