My client is looking for a solicitor who is at least 4 years qualified with direct property litigation experience, although depending on the particular specific experience that a candidate can bring to the role, my client may consider those who are slightly outside that level of experience.
Candidates applying for the role can expect to be involved in a wide-ranging disputes role dealing with bothmercial and residential property matters. Specifically, the successful candidate will be involved in work concerning, amongst other things, assured/assured shorthold/regulated tenancies; 1954 Act lease renewals; dilapidations; possessions; telmunications; trespass issues and agricultural issues.My client is consistently recognised as having one of the best working cultures and is always acknowledged for the opportunities provided to both existing and new colleagues.
