We're looking for a Business Development Manager with a passion for Complex Care to drive business growth across Yorkshire and beyond. You'll be the first BDM in the company solely focused on this rapidly expanding service area, meaning huge autonomy, direct impact, and uncapped opportunity for progression. What You’ll Do Develop and execute strategies to grow Complex Care services across Yorkshire. Identify and build relationships with commissioners, case managers, CHC teams, and private clients. Win new packages of care and maintain strong client partnerships. Work closely with the clinical and operational teams to ensure safe, effective service delivery. Represent the company at networking events and relevant healthcare forums. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a BDM or similar commercial role, ideally within Complex Care, Homecare, or Healthcare recruitment. Strong network within healthcare, especially in Yorkshire and the North East. Confident, self-driven, and entrepreneurial with the ability to work autonomously.
