Salary: £ 25,001 per annum, plus company benefits

Location: Edinburgh, EH3 8EJ

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am until 5:30pm with 1 hours unpaid lunch break

Work model: Fully onsite

Williams Lea seeks a Records Assistant to join our team!

Purpose of role

The Records Assistant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Responsibilities include file and database maintenance, fulfilling client record requests and general office duties as needed.

Key responsibilities

* Organise and manage physical and electronic records.
* Retrieve and provide documents as requested by the legal team
* Assist in the implementation of records management systems
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Support administrative tasks and projects as needed

Personal attributes

* Previous experience in records management, administration, or a similar role
* Proficiency in MS Office and records management software
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
