Job Roles & Responsibilities:
RAMs for jobs
Invoice Prep
Prepping purchase orders for issue.
Subbie payments
PPE and clothing-
Tools and asset log
IT Support
Transport- Booking the vans in for sign writing/ MOT's- Setting up a log of dates
Keeping an eye on office supplies
Basic CAD Skills
Excel and Word- IT Literacy
Booking operatives on sites- Leonardo's/ Honeywell etc.
Taking minutes in meetings
O and M support
Procurement tracker, including deliveries.
Tender enquiries issuing
Set up and RFI and RVI Schedule for JobsStart Date: ASAP
Qualifications needed:
