Venue Electrical Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Venue Electrical Services Manager to oversee all electrical systems and infrastructure within our venue. This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical installations, supporting both day-to-day venue activities and major events.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain all electrical systems, equipment, and temporary installations throughout the venue.
Lead and supervise electrical technicians, contractors.
Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
Manage project costs & client quotations.
Co-ordinate electrical requirements for events, productions, and venue operations.
Manage electrical Equipment requirements and work closely with the warehouse when additional equipment is required.
Maintain maintenance programme of equipment.
Attend client meetings and production meetings.
Provide technical expertise and support during emergency situations and fault investigations.
About You
Qualified electrician with relevant industry certifications and electrical qualifications.
Proven experience managing electrical systems within a large venue, entertainment facility, stadium, arena, theatre, or similar environment.
Strong knowledge of electrical regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
Strong Computer skills
Overseeing pre-event, on-site, and post-event planning to ensure all electrical requirements are met.
Health & Safety Experience - Nebosh/ Iosh
Experience leading teams and managing contractors.
Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organisational skills.
Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends when required to support events.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
