Overview
Front of House Receptionist role at PROception in Central London (Fitzrovia). We are seeking an experienced individual with strong customer service to provide a warm and friendly welcome to clients, visitors, occupiers and internal associates.
This is a full-time, single-person site role, on Mon-Fri with rotational shifts 8-5pm and 9-6pm.
Pay £15.61 per hour (excluding lunch break). 28 days annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide a professional first impression and exceed client/visitor expectations
* Greet clients, guests and visitors and be a visible, proactive customer-focused professional
* Anticipate and action client requirements with consistently professional service
* Engage and support in client events and promotions for occupiers
* Issue visitor passes using agreed sign-in/out policies
* Assist with helpdesk enquiries for the building and neighbouring site; acknowledge and respond within specified timeframes
* Liaise with colleagues, service providers and occupiers to resolve helpdesk matters promptly
* Keep the reception area clean, tidy and well-presented
* Handle incoming telephone calls and enquiries efficiently and sincerely
* Monitor issuing of keys and log/reconcile as requested
* Track essential items in reception and order when necessary
* Act as on-site first point of contact for building matters
* Oversee fire and evacuation processes per building instructions
* Provide administrative support to Building Management as needed
Person Specification
* Professional, highly driven, flexible, enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated team player
* Self-disciplined and able to work independently using initiative
* Computer literate with exemplary email etiquette
* Previous helpdesk experience preferred
* Passion for high standards of customer service
* Experience in hospitality, security or a customer service-facing role
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people at all levels
* Well-presented in line with company/client standards
* Desire to enhance client/visitor experience
* Clear, concise and confident communication with attention to detail
* Maintains high confidentiality
* SIA preferable
* First Aid certificate preferable
* 5 years of verifiable work history essential
