The Team

The Role
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will:
* Manage a varied caseload including acquisitions, disposals, leases, developments, and secured lending work
* Work alongside Partners and senior lawyers on high-value, complex deals that shape Northern Ireland's property market
* Deliver clear, practical advice to developers, investors, funders, and leading businesses
* Contribute to business development and play an active role in client relationship management
About You
* Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland with 2+ years' PQE in commercial property law
* Strong technical knowledge and a commercially minded approach
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships
* Ambitious, collaborative, and motivated to progress within a top-tier team
