– Marketing Director
This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with strategic thinking and wants to shape the voice of a growing, employee-owned company.
You’ll be responsible for three brands, each with a unique offering. From advertorials to printed materials, social content to paid campaigns, you’ll know when and how to use each brand voice appropriately. You will have experience of clearly differentiating brand voice based on market position, along with an excellent knowledge of social media advertising.
Duties will include:
1. Brand Communications: Oversee and product the voice of three different interior brands.
2. Copywriting: Create engaging copy for the website, advertorials, campaigns, and social posts.
3. Design Oversight: Brief visual assets (for web, print, and advertorials).
4. Campaign Management: Ensure advertorials reach the right audience with maximum impact.
5. Social Media: Drive organic engagement with content aligned company profiles
6. Collaboration: Work closely with managers on PPC, analytics, and testing.
7. Innovation: Keep pace with digital trends and the use of AI tools in ad platforms.
Experience, competencies and knowledge required:
8. A strong communicator with a flair for words and visuals.
9. Experienced in digital marketing and brand management.
10. Comfortable balancing creative work with commercial impact.
11. Skilled in working across multiple channels (web, print, social, PPC).
12. Collaborative, detail-driven, and passionate about consistent branding.
13. Familiar with using analytics and insights to improve performance.
