Job Responsibilities: Prepare and manage cost estimates and financial reports for projects. Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with budgets. Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate project viability. Prepare tender documents and assist in the selection of contractors. Negotiate contracts and monitor contract performance. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Provide advice on procurement strategies and risk management.
