*
Work with the BI Manager and wider team to test, refine and implement datasets in the new data warehouse.
*
Apply Databricks SQL and MySQL skills to query, transform and optimise datasets.
*
Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and scheduling for secure, real-time reporting.
*
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reporting is accurate, insightful, and user-friendly.
*
Support the continuous improvement of BI infrastructure, workspaces, permissions, and report governance.
What we’re looking for:
*
Strong experience with Power BI (DAX, data modelling, RLS, workspace/app management).
*
SQL expertise (MySQL / Databricks).
*
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering accurate, professional reports.
*
Proactive, inquisitive, and results-driven approach with the confidence to challenge and clarify.
*
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to a range of audiences.
*
Experience in sales reporting or retail sector (desirable).
What’s on offer:
*
Salary up to £45,000 + Quarterly Bonus.
*
Free on-site gym.
*
Subsidised meals in on-site restaurants.
*
Free on-site parking.
*
Staff discounts (after 1 year of service).
*
Personal training budget for career development.
*
Free annual eye tests and contribution towards glasses.
