We are seeking an experienced and compassionate EYFS SEND Teacher to join our inclusive early years provision in Croydon. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed practitioner who is passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) at the earliest stage of their educational journey.
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, tailored learning experiences that promote progress, independence, and wellbeing for all learners.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the EYFS Framework
* Identify and assess children with emerging or diagnosed SEND needs
* Develop, implement, and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
* Deliver targeted interventions to support communication, social skills, and early development
* Work collaboratively with the SENCO, support staff, and external agencies
* Foster strong, positive partnerships with parents and carers
* Track and monitor progress, ensuring accurate and compliant record-keeping
* Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching within EYFS
* Strong understanding of SEND, including ASD, speech and language needs, and SEMH
* Experience adapting curriculum and provision to meet individual needs
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
* A patient, proactive, and child-centred approach
Desirable:
* SEND qualification or specialist training
* Experience working in a specialist setting or resource base
