Job Role: You will receive training on the system, legislative requirements, and terms and conditions necessary to provide payroll and pensions services, leading to qualifications in these areas. Initially working alongside experienced staff, you will perform tasks such as statutory and non-statutory deductions, employment contract changes, starters and leavers, and manual calculations for payroll and pensions. We offer a flexible working pattern, combining home and office work with at least 2 office days per week. You will also undertake a Level 3 Payroll Administrator Apprenticeship. Candidate Requirements: Candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK; we are not offering sponsorship. We seek individuals with excellent numeracy skills, an interest in payroll and pensions, and a keen eye for accuracy and detail. The ability to work quickly and meet monthly deadlines is essential.
