Senior Cost Manager - I currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Cost Manager to join a rapidly-expanding construction consultancy, specialising within the fit out sector, working from a small but growing office in Bristol.
As a Senior Cost Manager you will be responsible for leading projects, including cost management, direct client interaction, liaising with sub-contractors, procurement, planning, budgeting and ensuring projects are delivered on time. Within this position specifically, you will be working with a blue-chip retail organisation on a number of fit out projects across the South West.
The starting basic salary for the Senior Cost Manager is £65k, if you have consultancy and retail experience we can push to £70k. Benefits include 27 days holiday + bank holidays, 6% company matched pension contribution, work phone and laptop, hybrid working 2-3 days per week, vitality healthcare, 40p per mile travel allowance and an excellent opportunity to progress within the company.
