This role is ideal for someone with strong care experience who is keen to support service delivery from an operational and organisational perspective. This is a great opportunity to use your skills to support teams, maintain high standards of person-centred care, and contribute to the smooth running of services. Main Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to services. Support staff teams to maintain high-quality, person-centred support. Assist with care plan management, ensuring records are accurate and up to date. Support day-to-day service operations, including communication and coordination tasks. Maintain effective communication with staff, service users, families, and external partners as required. About You Experience in a support or senior support role within care. Strong organisational, communication, and administrative skills. Confident working independently and managing your time effectively.
