The Welcome Executive is a primary point of contact and source of knowledge for potential visitors to Jersey, as well as those already on the island, sharing recommendations face-to-face and via phone, live chat, and email. The Welcome Executive provides a warm and friendly service, assisting with queries and offering destination information to drive referrals to partners whilst improving the visitor experience. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the island, a passion for delivering an outstanding visitor experience to a diverse audience, and French communication skills.Core skills required
