We are working with a pioneering global FoodTech company seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded Head of Sales – Europe.This is a rare opportunity for a senior sales leader to drive market penetration across major multi-brand QSR operators, taking ownership of the entire European sales function and delivering high-value, long-term partnerships.

Your Experience
* Senior commercial leadership experience within a major multi-brand QSR operator
* Proven track record in securing complex, enterprise-level B2B deals with C-Level stakeholders
* Strong executive network within QSR groups (COO, VP Operations, Supply Chain Directors)
* Skilled in running pilots and converting them to multi-brand rollouts
* Strategic mindset with the ability to build a high-value sales pipeline and deliver on KPIs
* Fluent in business English; Polish or Spanish highly preferred
* Based in Europe, with flexibility for extensive travel
Your Responsibilities
* Lead European market penetration through top-tier QSR operators, developing tailored value propositions
* Own the full sales cycle — from identifying opportunities and managing pilots to securing multi-brand rollouts
* Build and maintain long-term executive relationships to drive ongoing adoption and revenue growth
* Represent the company at key industry events and present compelling ROI cases to senior decision-makers
* Develop new distribution channels and report on KPIs directly to HQ
