Boden Group are currently recruiting for an Administrator with experience in dealing with elements of compliance & certification within the Facilities Management sector.
This role is due to start in the coming weeks, and is expected to last a minimum of 8 weeks, however its likely to be extended.
Purpose:
To manage the end-to-end process of certificate handling, ensuring timely validation, upload, and closure of related work orders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive and log certificates from suppliers.
* Validate certificate content and escalate issues.
* Upload certificates into CPI and Maximo.
* Liaise with supervisors to confirm acceptance and close WOs.
* Chase suppliers for missing or rejected certificates.
Requirements:
* Technical understanding of FM certificates (non-engineering).
* Experience with Maximo or similar CAFM systems.
* Strong communication and follow-up skills.
* Attention to detail and process ownership.
This is a hybrid role based in Salford, we can offer 2 days per week from home.
Hours - 40 per week, 8am till 5pm
